Flicx Australasia is pleased to offer Leadership Coaching and Consulting Services for corporate team environments. We specialise in coaching Team Leaders and Managers in a range of leadership issues, such as: confrontation, conflict resolution, complaint management, transition from team member to team leader/manager, communication as a leader, managing expectations, what to expect as a leader, time management, decision making; and we provide ongoing mentoring services to ensure continued improvement and development.

SPORTS LEADERSHIP COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES Flicx Australasia is also pleased to provide Team Leadership consulting services to sports clubs.
